This space is where I share my journey with mental health, photography, and the healing power of nature. I’ve lived through depression, anxiety, addiction, and more recently, learned to understand my autism and ADHD. The outdoors, photography, and writing have helped me find calm when life feels chaotic — and I hope they can do the same for you.
