Through the Lens: Finding Healing in Nature
Welcome — and thank you for being here.
This space is where I share my journey with mental health, photography, and the healing power of nature. I’ve lived through depression, anxiety, addiction, and more recently, learned to understand my autism and ADHD. The outdoors, photography, and writing have helped me find calm when life feels chaotic — and I hope they can do the same for you.
Here, you’ll find honest reflections on mental health, practical ways to use photography as therapy, and stories from my wild camping adventures. Sometimes it’s messy, sometimes beautiful, but always real.
If you’re struggling, I want this space to remind you that you’re not alone. Healing doesn’t happen overnight — but step by step, frame by frame, moment by moment, we can find peace again.
So grab a coffee, take a breath, and come join me as I explore how the simple act of being in nature — and seeing it through a lens — can change everything.
